Baidam Solutions
I am a proud Maar Nation Person with my tribal country being from Gariwerd in Victoria to Robe in South Australia. My Grand Mother is stolen generation and was raised on a mission in Penola SA.

I was bought up on Gabi Gabi Country in South East Queensland but needed to leave my home state to join the Police Force. I joined Victoria Police and was a Task Force Detective and became a Sergeant. At one point I was the highest ranked Indigenous Person in the Victoria Police. I was the first Indigenous Member to raise the Aboriginal Flag over the Victoria Police centre and I lead a recruiting campaign for First Nations Recruits in 2012. I had the unique opportunity to conduct a state-wide review into Indigenous self-harm attempts in police custody tabling my review findings to the Chief Commissioner. I received a Juvenile Justice Award for the joint Victoria Police and parks Victoria Meerteeyt Marrang waves and Culture Program.

I’ve worked in PNG, the UAE in Security, Risk, and close personal protection roles and most recently Managed a National Security Company overseeing an expansion into PNG.

Now at Baidam Solutions I am the National Indigenous and Corporate Affairs Manager. It is my mission to attract significant revenue to help create measurable and tangible outcomes for First Nations Cyber and ICT aspirants. Our focus is to disable the barriers for Indigenous People into Cyber, STEM and ICT and promote substantial financial and social change for First Nations. I believe the best outcomes are created through willing collaboration and a desire to create positive legacies in life. I know that at Baidam Solutions we are creating something very palpable and concrete that is setting a new standard in “bridging the gap” outcomes.
